Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026. This notice explains how personal information is handled when you browse this website or contact Millennium.
Who is responsible for your information
Millennium Holding Group Ltd, company number 16255822, is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Our address is 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom. For privacy enquiries, contact Office@millennium-hg.com or +44 7404 240953.
Business enquiries and project submissions
The Contact form collects your name, business email, organisation, enquiry category and message. The Submit a Project form also requests the project name, country, sector, development stage and summary, with optional information about capital requirements, sponsor contributions and available documentation. We receive the information you choose to provide, including any personal information contained in your message. Required fields allow us to identify and respond to your request; without them, we may be unable to assess it.
Form submissions are delivered to our corporate email account, including our Millennium Gmail inbox, and may appear in website email-delivery logs. These forms do not publish your submission or subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Please provide general business information only: do not submit identity documents, confidential banking records, health information or other sensitive personal data through these forms.
How and why we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, assess the opportunity described, arrange relevant follow-up and maintain the associated business correspondence. For these activities, our legitimate interests are managing professional enquiries and developing appropriate business relationships. Where you personally request steps towards a contract with us, processing may also be necessary for those steps or for performing that contract. Records may additionally be processed where a legal obligation applies.
Website and email systems also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and delivery or error records, to operate the services, investigate failures and protect them from abuse. The privacy acknowledgement on a form confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a commitment to enter into a transaction.
Who may receive information
Information may be accessed by the people handling your enquiry and by providers supporting website hosting, maintenance, security and email delivery. The website uses Aruba hosting and email infrastructure; our enquiry workflow also uses Google Gmail. Relevant information may be shared with professional advisers or project counterparties where needed to progress the specific enquiry, or with competent authorities where required by law. A later professional engagement may require a separate privacy notice and secure due-diligence process.
International services
Our website uses Aruba hosting and email infrastructure. Aruba states that its hosting and email services are provided through data centres in Italy; see Aruba’s data protection information. Business enquiries are also delivered to our Gmail inbox. Google operates infrastructure internationally and explains the locations and transfer mechanisms relevant to its services in its Privacy Policy. Our current enquiry inbox uses standard Gmail. Google states that consumer Gmail is not offered under the business data processing agreement available for eligible Google Workspace services; see Google’s explanation. Processing may therefore take place outside the United Kingdom. Please contact Office@millennium-hg.com for questions about the handling of your particular enquiry.
Cookies, website resources and external links
WordPress uses cookies for functions such as administrator authentication and session preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may affect some website functions. The site also requests typography from Google Fonts. Requests for externally hosted resources transmit technical information, including an IP address, to the relevant provider. See Google’s explanation of Google Fonts privacy.
Links to Companies House, Agenparl, WhatsApp and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, that service processes your interaction under its own terms and privacy notice. This website notice does not govern independent third-party websites.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose and context of the information: whether an enquiry remains active, whether it develops into a professional relationship, relevant record-keeping obligations, and the need to establish or defend legal claims. The website’s email-delivery logging system is configured to retain logs for 180 days, with a daily cleanup task. These logs support delivery troubleshooting and may include message content and delivery details. This setting applies to website email logs; it does not automatically delete correspondence held in our email inboxes. Mailbox correspondence is assessed separately using the criteria above. You can ask us about the retention criteria for your particular enquiry or request deletion, subject to applicable obligations and rights.
Your information rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact Office@millennium-hg.com to exercise your rights; proportionate identity verification may be necessary.
Your right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. You may also object to direct marketing at any time.
Questions, complaints and updates
Please contact us first if you have a question or concern about how your information is handled. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or to another competent supervisory authority where applicable. This notice concerns the website enquiry process and will be updated when that process materially changes.
